Connect To A Local Doctor
Download the Doctor Anywhere app and create an account. Under Video Consultation, you can choose to See Next Available GP Now, or Search for GP to schedule an appointment at a later time.
Video Consult A Doctor
Suitable common conditions include cough, cold, flu, fever, diarrhoea and migraine. Access your medical history, records, and medical documents directly in-app.
If the doctor deems your condition unsuitable for video-consult, you will be advised to go to the clinic or hospital, and your call will be ended without charge.
Medication
Delivered to your doorstep in 1 hour* once you complete your video consultation and book a slot on the app. A representative from the DA care team will follow-up to check on your condition after 3 days.
*Delivery time is subject to availability.
Suitable Conditions
Many common illnesses and chronic conditions can be effectively treated through a video consultation. Below are some typical conditions that can be treated on Doctor Anywhere:

Certified E-Medical Certificate (E-MC)
Upon completing your video consultation, if our doctor finds that you are unfit for duty, an E-MC will be issued and provided in-app. Refer to the history section to download your E-MC
Medical Certificate is issued by a Registered Medical Practitioner upon performing an appropriate online examination

Wanted to share my experience of seeing the doctor on Doctor Anywhere when i had covid - super easy, super convenient, no need to dress up, drive out, look for parking, queue/sit n wait before seeing the doctor. Best of all, no need to get babysitter or drag the kids along if nobody is around to watch them.
So I downloaded the app, scheduled an appointment with the doctor of my choice (there are profiles to choose from), dialled in during the appointment time, spoke to the doctor (she's really nice btw) and medicine was delivered to my doorstep for free within an hour! (SOP is within 3 hours).

Tips for the community:
- if you can’t link insurance, you can try seeing a doc first and then claim later, provided your company has that option. I made my claims separately online.
- sign up was okey but I think it’s best that you update your details earlier / key in while you are well.
